How purchases work across RANA Labs services. Prices, taxes and currencies are always shown before you pay and may vary by country.

Plans

Some services offer premium features as plans for a set period: $1.99 to $2.99 for 30 days or $15.99 to $24.99 for 365 days. The exact price of each service is shown before you pay. Plans bought on the web are paid once and do not renew automatically; buying more time while a plan is active extends its end date. Subscriptions bought inside an app are sold through Google Play or the App Store, renew under the store's terms, and the exact price in your currency is shown by the store before you subscribe. A free trial may be offered; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

Credits

Some services use prepaid credits. Credit packs on the web: 50,000 · 100,000 · 200,000 · 500,000 credits. The price in USD is updated daily and shown before you pay; the number of credits in a pack does not change.

Credits can only be used in the service where they were topped up; they cannot be used in, or moved to, other RANA services. Other services are offered as plans for 30 or 365 days.

Web top-ups are processed by our payment partners (such as PayPal). Card details are handled by the partner; RANA never receives or stores your card number. Credits are spent at the rate shown in the service before use; rates may change and any change is shown before you use credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits are not refundable; this is stated on the checkout page before you pay (see our Refund Policy).

Currency conversion

Prices on the web are in USD. If you pay in another currency, PayPal or your card issuer may convert the amount and charge a currency conversion fee. This fee is set and charged by them, not by RANA Labs, and RANA Labs does not receive it.

Free features

Many of our features are free to use, without subscriptions or ads.
